Today I had Mike Mladenik from Wisconsin back with me and friend Allen Marroy. We had all the odds stacked against us with the front coming through, 25mph winds and big drop in temperature. No one was scared as Mike is a guide also up in Wisconsin. We set out at daybreak and as soon as I stopped the boat we had caught two trout and missed two on our first couple cast. WOW, well I knew we were going to put a nice mess of fish together!! No fast and furious action, but steady bites and fish hitting the K2 Cooler. Patience and persistence prevailed once again as we put a really nice box of fish together for the conditions. The guys had a great time once again and talking about a three day trip next year. Matrix Shad in Ultra Violet, Tiger, and Green Hornet did their damage. One flounder and one bass to boot for Mike. Thanks again guys for another memorable day in paradise.
