sherburne crawfishing

Has anybody been down to sherburne for some crawfishing? I was wondering if the cold weather has messed up the crawfishing there?

I'm sure that like everywhere else it is around a month behind normal, so w/ this coming week being warmer , next weekend may be worth a shot?

Does anyone know if it opened March 15th or April 1st?

Heard they were not catching much yet. Someone posted they caught a half of sack.

I think we going to give it a go Saturday.

My boss tried this last weekend. They caught 2......crawfish. That's it. Said the only water in the ponds looked like rain water from the previous night and it was draining.

My gut feeling was that it would be bad. May have to wait a couple of weeks.
