Looking good! My friend uses jalapeños also, when they are finished boiling and puts them in the chest he then pours the jalapeños and juice on top and shakes the chest up.

Good times Mr. Crab. If those crawfish came out as good as those live crabs on the pit down in Grand Isle did then I am sure your crew thoroughly enjoyed them bugs. Looks really good.
