Any reports out of grand isle. Taking my wife and little girl next weekend. Hoping to put them on some fish

I've been here since Friday night...
Wind has been blowing about 20-25 out of the Southeast since we got here...
Scattered thunderstorms...
I caught a few nice shrimp last night on the beach and 1 redfish
Have not tried to launch my small boat yet due to the winds and chop
Have not tried night fishing off the pier
Weather should get a little better over the next couple of days so hopefully I can get out in the bay and try to fish a bit.

fishing is tough out in the bay due to wind and stirred up water. Only managed 5 trout this morning

I was going to try it out yesterday but decided to stay at home and do some much needed maintenance to the Power Wagon. I am glad I did now because the wind just aggravates me.
