Thanks! I have a ton of shrimp in the freezer and I can only eat so much fried shrimp and pasta!

I like to grill them and make a poboy with some sautéed onions and bell pepper with a few banana peppers on the side.

Everyone else in the house puts them on a salad....that's what I should be doing too but????

I have used the marinade that Worchester (sp) makes a few times lately and I like it.

That poboy sounds good too Blue. I'm a sucker for bell peppers. And the salads would be a great lunch. That seems to make up most of my diet these days. I used to say I only did one thing like a rabbit, and eating wasn't it! Now I have to be a little more conscious about what I eat.
