Sabine River 8/14

My wonderful wife suggested that I pickup the boat on lunch and go straight out to the river after work to get a break. So I did just that.

Tide was falling, pressure was falling, bait fish we're everywhere and I caught lots of fish. No monsters but if I would have kept them I'd have had a gallon ziplock of fillets. Had to have caught around 20 with 2-3 around 2 pounds. They we're all puking shiners when I got them to the boat. For about 30mins every cast was a fish. It was great !!
All caught 3-8 ft around wood or Lilly pads. Water was 90degrees.
