Name tags for Fishing Rods
 

Does anyone know of a way to put one's name on a fishing rod? Maybe know of some place that makes a peel and stick name tag that would hold up. Or any other suggestions?

You could use a permanent marker and write it on above the handle and get some clear fly head cement to brush over it.

if you are just trying to mark it for the kids to tell whos pole it is then we used different colored electrical tape.

if your looking for your name or signature stamped on it I would defer to a rod maker since they do labels for rods all the time

Agreed, but for something basic you can do yourself the Brother Label Makers do a good job and the labels are durable.
