They are out there. Water is horrible everywhere but the shrimp are coming out the marsh and they are feeding. Find bait in moving water and you will find the fish. Use something with a lot of vibration. I have been double rigging vortex shad on speck spinner jig heads. Nighttruse and Black and Chart working the best for me.
