Got a late start due to the dense fog. Hit lake decade and I have never seen so many boats on the water. Usually don't fish weekends but it was my only shot. Managed to put 21 specks in the boat. It was a great day on the water. The boats were packed so tight I was scared to take a pic of them for fear of offending someone. The water clarity was the cleanest I have ever seen down there. All fish caught on mirrodine and blue moon chartreuse deadly Dudley.

De Cade is like that on the weekends this time of year. It's amazing the amount of fish that place holds

Yep. You can just start drifting anywhere and eventually you will run across some fish.

Heard the grass is coming back nicely. Bass, redfish and trout in same area becoming commonplace.

I only saw grass out by jug lake. But then again, I wasn't looking for it. All my fish came from the south end of the lake. There was tons of mullet and when you found them you found the trout. I would have had my limit of I was fishing on the weekday.
