Old tractor tire
 

Anyone have an old tractor tire they would like to get rid of? I am making a play area for my kids and have some smaller tires but would really like a big tire with large tread for them to climb on. Or does anyone know where used tractor tires are available?

Yep, but it's at the farm in Arnuadville, about 15 min. North of I10 at the Henderson exit.

Go to the calcasieu parish public dump site off broad st. There is a bin there that is specifically used for big tires like that, they may give you one since it probably costs the parish to dispose of them.

call your local parish works dept. they replace tires on parish equipt and may have a recycling dump for them, should be able to hook you up with an old backhoe tire I would think
