Tonight is a pork loin stuffed with cornbread dressing and wrapped in bacon. Tomorrow is fried turkey, jambalaya, greenbean casserole, corn maque choux, pasta salad, brisket, honey ham, and an assortment of sweets. Washing it all down with Crown.

Winner!!! Got your hands full with frying a turkey, a brisket and ham. When you starting the brisket?

That's the old man's baby. He usually sears it on the pit and then finishes it in the roaster. I'd guess he'll light the pit around 4ish in the morning. I'm working the turkeys, and we just buy hams. All the women are in charge of the sides.
