Thanks for the replys.... Yes it's all private, I wan't sure if they were enforcing it. Last year when the levy broke and I heard it was changing ownerships, they weren't enforcing people from going back there. It's a five hour drive for me to get to BL.... I was just wanting to understand the conditions there at the present. Ray
