Best spring fishing this past week in 3 years

Evan with a couple of days fighting the rain last week we still managed to have one of the best weeks (for spring fishing) that we have had in 2 or 3 years. There were lots of solid speckled trout caught towards the end of three week. There were a few up to six pounds and lots in the 2 to 3 pound range. Guide Darney Darnsteadt allowed the best baits were salt and pepper Hackberry Hustlers rigged on a ¼ ounce lead head. Guide Travis Spicer caught his trout on Black/Chartreuse soft plastic rigged on a light lead head. I have attached a few pictures from last Thursday’s catch and you can all of them by clicking on the link below. A few good size flounder have been coming to the dock caught on Berkley Gulp in the New Penny color. Fresh water continues to push the fish to the south on looking for a little salter water. Check out the attached pictures and to get hooked up on some of this action call 888.762.3391 or just click here. http://www.hackberryrodandgun.com/st...ex.php/reserve
