a German C***(another word for rooster) fish? A lady at work said that when they were kids they'd catch them on false river. Said they were dark colored but similar to a buffalo but not a buffalo. Anyone know what kind of fish she is talking about. I've tried google but found nothing about fish...you can imagine the results that come up when you google that.

My brother n law used to buy them from the fish market in simmsport for craw fish bait...
