Good catches of trout, redfish and flounder this past week. The first part of the week before the wind picked up included some really good top water action. Captain Guy Stansel scored using Rapallo's pink skitter walk and Mirrolure's Mirrodine. Action was best in the early morning on the south end of the lake in west cove. For you live baiters Spicer's now has live shrimp at the marina for you. Until the wind whipped up strong out of the south several schools of working gulls were working out in the lake pointing the way to trout with most of them on the small side. But the action was fun
