This year I started to shoot RIO "ROYAL" Blue Steel 3" 1-1/4oz 3 or 4 ducks. You can get them at Cabelas. They are like $12 per box. I think they are made somewhere in Spain. In the past, I have mostly shot Kent or XPert.

ive done the same thing, and found the bb's kinda oblong. In my opinion, they wont fly as straight if they are not round. Ive been using Estate for years, no complaints.

Jordan, I need to start shopping where you shop. $9 seems cheap for fiocci's. I bought the xperts high vel. and thought they were the cheapest. Must be 2 3/4 in??

Estates are good shooting shells. You just can't get the brass wet.
They will be rusted by the next day.
I shot them a lot when I hunted cause they were cheap and shot
pretty good.

i dont care about the price..I buy shells to shoot, not to conserve

Ray 12-24-2009 10:34 PM

The way I work, I was able to hunt every day but New Years day.
I was always too hung over.
Estate are good shells, especially if you hunted every day.
No need to pay more money for shells that can do the same thing
as the cheaper ones.
