7 person limit. 175 white bass plus 25/30 catfish. Going again next weekend if the weather is good. Wife isn't up for three weekends in a row but don't want me going solo. May need a boat buddy if anyone wants to go. It's 2 1/2 hours north of Alexandria. My truck, boat and fuel if you want to try.

Pics are not working good tonight. Top pic is a 120qrt and you can see the handle of the 50qt. Both had just enough room for more ice. Bottom pic is my buddy and friends with their 75 fish. They had a blast and my mom did too. It was a great day.

175 white bass in total plus 25 or so catfish. Biggest one weighed was 2lbs 9oz. Average is 2lbs. Lost one right at the boat that may have been 3lbs. My fault too. Saw the fish and knew it was huge but my dumb butt still tried to swing it in the boat and the hook pulled out. Need a redo on that one.lol

Are they easy to find and catch?

Them babies are fat. Looks like everyone is stuffed full.

Nice catch and report.

Right now they are. They move north into the river from toledo bend to spawn. That's when it's go time. Look for sandy areas of bank that extends into the water. If there is sand on the bottom you'll find fish.

My bunch put over 350 in the boat over the weekend! We did the catch and release and fished both days from 7:00 until about noon! UNREAL! Took both grandsons and they had a blast! There are some monsters this year - the boys broke 3 rods flopping them in the boat!!
