What a day, Father/Son= Great times.
So we got out there and had a very slow start, then found some shrimp and birds, around east end of last island, we dropped the hammer equating to 21 trout, they were moving fast in a large circle, before I realized it being the only boat there, we were now surrounded. So we could not move freely, we moved on. Took several stops but it was worth the effort. We wanted some studs and found a few, all on Matrix Shad, Limbo Slice and Midnight mullet, in the surf, many flew over on double rigs, was tough but fun day. Fish were on the move and not concentrated in any one spot.
Back in New Iberia by 1:30, tired as heck but ready to get it again.
