Rainy Day ole Fashioned Sticky Chicken

Some call it sticky chicken some call it smothered chicken some call it grease gravy I call it just what I needed on a rainy Saturday. I aint good at teasing a post along so just know I'll put it on the blog later and show yall. The road to the Pig aint flooded so I got a family pack of chicken thighs seasoned them up and stuck em in a pot while they browning I wacked up a 3# sack of onions and a bug bell pepper and poped the top on a busch tall boy. Just cause its raining dont mean we cant have a Louisiana sock night in da kitchen

Now that the chicken is browned good I took it out and put the 3 lbs of wacked up onions in I aint added nothing in the way of liquid but the chicken put out some drippins enough to brown the onions in

Man I love me some chicken. There just isn't a bad way to have it. Especially for the price.
