Guest battery charger?
 

Just checked my charger. Why would the charger show the red and a green light on the same time on the same side? Or slightly den red light not fully on? But the green light is on?

I didn't want to guess at an answer but I thought the red light signals it has power and the green lights signal which bank is charging something
