anyone want to hunt friday?
 

I am going hunting friday and have an opening if anyone is willing to freeze with me. I will be going to my johnson bayou lease. It'll be me and my uncle, we will be hunting the grass so you'll need waders. Possibly in water calf deep or shallower. Can't guarantee birds either as Dan (slidellkid) found out last weekend. We have been meeting up in sulphur at 4:00. Let me know if interested. May have openings during the weekend too, won't know until it gets closer.

If I didn't have to work I'd go ! Need the $$$$ tho. Maybe I can go next weekend. I'm off for 4 days

i think i'll be making a west texas meat hunt, i mean deer hunt the following weekend but game for closing weekend

Shawn, thanks for posting. I had a fun hunt with you and would go again in a minute, but I have court on Friday. I do think I will take tomorrow morning off and head to my lease though. I am hoping some ducks have moved down or over or whichever way they need to fly to be in my rice!

My bud and I killed 8 GW and 2 Brownheads this morning. Pintails were all over us.

well guys full as of now for friday but i'll see how the rest of the weekend goes

saltwater marsh and fairly deep on the coast, hoping ice won't be a problem

we are about a foot high as of sunday but with the rain its been varying a few inches, still pretty salty but a lot better since august

where'd ya'll hunt at? we should get some good shots at pintail this weekend. We have been picking up a couple the past few hunts.
