Houston River 2/4
 

Took my Father-n-Law out in Houston River for a little while today. Water was muddy , low, and 55-58 deg.

We couldn't get anything to bite except nasty ol swamp donkeys

I've never caught one with bright green fins like that 2nd one.

they get the colors when they start to spawn. The green finned ones are spawning males if I'm not mistaken.

That's the only somewhat-pretty choupique I've ever seen.
