Barksdale Air Force Weekend May 13&14
 

Had another group from Barksdale Air Force base down for a weekend of fishing .

We had 5 boats running both Sat and Sun.

Saturday was a grind with stiff north winds and muddy water ,but all Guides came in with some fish with mostly reds and few flounder .

Sunday was better wind wise but still have to fish muddy water areas and it was a little better bite .
We all had good amount of redfish with a few trout .
Also caught lots of bull reds and releases several overs also.
Big thanks to Capt Jack, Capt Brain H and Capt Steven L who helped me and Capt Chris out this weekend .

W, I have seen several of your Barksdale AFB trip photos. I am stationed at Fort Polk and am curious what do I need to do to get something like this going here? PM me if you can. I fished Saturday and only managed 4 trout myself.
