killed 18 on saturday and 0 on sunday, saturday had to bring out the mechanic in me to get the outboard started on my buddies boat that "cranks on the first pull EVERYTIME" yeah right then sunday my pisser line froze up so now its 2 1/2 foot shorter than saturday. Both mornings jumped 100+ ducks off the pond they just never came back on sunday. Like everyone else ice everywhere, launched in a fully ice covered canal saturday. Hunted with huntin fool and joshdomingue, only got 14 due to ice and lack of the dog. Didnt get a chance to take any pics of the birds, killed 2 widgeon, 1 teal and the rest greys. The greys were trying to ride ROBO duck then ROBO's battery died. Will post pics later when I get off work.

Next time use the Q Beam to thaw the water line out, those things get real hot real fast.

Hunted this morning and got three woody's my dog.Was a beast in the ice.Let me now if you need an extra man with a dog.He could use a good work out.

shawn i know one of your partners....josh. me and him have been best friends since high school. He had been telling about going hunting i just never put yall 2 together when i was reading these reports.

thought about that but was already going to be in a hurry due to having to idle through 100 yards of iced over canal and I can replace the line quick so i cut it to where i could tuck it behind the boat for yesterday...I only need to the line when i hunt my vinton lease, my johnson bayou lease is deep enough for me to run without having to watch the water line

yeah he finally got to make a trip after being a no show the first time ( he was sick) and had a death in the family after that.
