Watching Movies

Does anyone know how i can play movies from my hard drive, onto my TV?

you should have a plug where u can hook a cord to ur tv on the side of ur computer

yea..... I do have a HDMI port, a S-Video cable, I tried it with some old connectors, but i only tried it in one port on my TV.. Didnt work tho.

Figured i get a few more ideas.

have you gone in to your display options and enabled a separate screen with it plugged into the tv?

You're going to need to set up your computer to either be dual display or extended desktop once you plug the tv in.

You have to plug it into the tv, then change from cable to which ever input you are hooked up to. It's easy. If you don't change it, it will keep playing the input signal from the cable box.
