OK you yakers this seems like a sturdy kayak...are they not popular here?? Seems these would be good for fishing past the surf...

I've done a lotta yakkin and that thing looks like it would be a mother to steer, especially in the surf.

I'd still rather a wilderness yak, lighter weight. I wouldn't want to get that on and off the truck every time I wanted to use it.

Looks like a pig to paddle and steer. Not as bad as the flat stalker but getting there

If those old guys are doing it, it can't be that hard. They prob. have that weight and steering down... Never know ....
