NEWS: TTF Acquires Alameda/Hackberry Hustler Vid

Greetings Salties! First of all, thanks to everyone who came out and chatted with us at the Houston Fishing Show. It was nice putting faces to screen names. The Fishing Show turned out to be a great success for TTF, and from the sound of it, many other companies and retailers had a solid show as well. That's always good news! :bounce:

The release date of the Hackberry Hustler is drawing closer. We're working hard on getting this bait ready, and you guys should see it on store shelves later this spring.

In the meantime, here's a short video just to give you an idea of what the action looks like. I was impressed by the versatility of this bait. The long tail gives it the action of a straight-tail bait like a Trout Killer, but the little paddle tail gives it the vibration of something like a Killer Flats Minnow. You can reel it, hop it or swim it and it looks good. Pretty cool.

The other piece of news is that TTF has acquired Alameda Tackle Co. Obviously, Alameda is a well-known brand throughout the Gulf Coast, and we're very excited to add this brand under the TTF umbrella. In recent years the Alameda corks have gotten harder and harder to come by, but we plan to change that. Look for Alameda and Salt Shaker terminal tackle to be hitting shelves in full force within the next month. The first shipments are already trickling in to retailers.

Here's the full news release about our acquisition of Alameda:

And here are the new logos you guys should be looking for. What do y'all think?

Those are our new Mondo Eye jigheads. They're in production now. We've got lots of new stuff in the oven now and hope to release most, if not all those products before the start of summer.

Guess ya' saw those at the show? I agree - those little rays look pretty nice on a tandem rig.
