Once in My lifetime trip.....What to fish for???

Booking a trip on the Bananna River later this month..........Should I shoot for that 10 to 12 lb Trout(never caught one of them before)? A boat full of Snook(never caught one of them either) OR........ The Tarpon?? They run through there for only 1 month a year, And I'll be there during that time.................You can't keep em though.....I don't like that.........What would you do???????????Tim
