Sardines in mustard with crackers. Seafood at it's best. On my birthday, I get it with Louisiana hot sauce.
Hope you have a Happy Birthday trophytroutman. :fireworks::fireworks::birthday::fireworks::firewo rks:

Happy birfday, TrophyTroutman. Nothing wrong with a little Jimmy G's or Babin's up your way....the recipes are from Morgan City and Thibodaux area....I like that fried crawfish salad at Babin's...

pastrami sammis w/ slaw and spicy mustard .
Smoked the pastrami last sun and none of it will make it to the freezer.
