Looking for another one...broke the transducer on mine..

I love garmins gps but there depthfinders suck. The best bang for your buck is the eagle depthfinder.

kinda like this one, but does it stay split screen all the time?

My dad has an Eagle that is still kicking, it is about 26 years old. The technology is outdated but the unit has been used and abused and still going.

Not sure about that dude. I find that the combo gps/fishfinders give more problems, better off with 2 units IMO.

me like that one the lowrance

"Sonar scrollback allows you to bring up previous screens to find and mark locations. "

Meaning, i can mark certain spots, like waypoints????

Montauk17 04-19-2010 09:54 PM

Im not too sure about that, they just came out with that unit. A rep from a marine supply house was telling me about them, but not sure if you can mark it like a gps waypoint.

huntin fool 04-19-2010 09:58 PM

looks nice. for a good price aswell

Montauk17 04-19-2010 10:00 PM

Yeah seems to be a good unit for the money,I might get me one soon.

huntin fool 04-20-2010 07:35 PM

Look at the Lowrance Elite 5 ...might be more than you are willing to spend though.

They can fix it,you will have to send it to lowrance to see how much it would cost to fix.
