ray i would look out for Johnny's boat friday night, just found out dad is the anchor boy by default of an injury, and after a few Miller Lites, the anchor may or may not be set:work:

I am usually a couple boats North of him, but this year, they moved me way South of Johnny. I liked being close to Johnny, Ziggy and Stevie, don't know how it is gonna turn out this year. If you are there, come holler at me. I could use an anchor man that I can blame too.
My wife ain't the bestest anchor man out there.

heard an update from Cleaning Crew of Contraband Bayou that the total from Waste Management was 14,000 lbs of trash!!!

No wonder there is so much bait. They've never seen it so clean in there.

Mud minnows were all over the place sat. Could have filled 3 more roll offs if we Hadem but it's a start.

Ray.....the bait has been like that for at least 2 weeks now.

The new dock lights at the Civic Center are now turned on. If your boat is far enough south......you might need to have a fishing pole on board.

there should be an oyster reef that can serve as your anchor

Ray 04-28-2010 09:54 PM

I can't go fast enuff in Contraband Bayou to get 50 ft. on to a reef.

I will be drinking alcohol and eating carnival food for 10 days. No fishing for me.

The new marina lights have been turned on.

I helped with the cleanup, it was ridiculous
