me and a buddy went down to the fishing hole some where in calcasieu parish today with not much hope on doing to good but i was wrong
we put the hammer down on the reds! it was one after the other ! i lost count after 30. we pick up a few nice trout here and there biggest was 21"a lil better than 3lbs, smallest was @ 17" ! i think we did really good despite the wind blowing like crazy! the water temp was 48 this morning, it warmed up to 55 this afternoon! but all-n-all it was a great day on the water.
