In East Baton Rouge parish ,There is an ordinance that says you can't park a vehicle in your front yard. If it is concrete or gravel it's not yard.
They don't enforce it unless someone biatchs.
also if you park on the street the vehicle must be parked in the direction of flow for the lane it's parked in or you can be ticketed
