Put some buddy bearings on there and you will be good to go. Becareful pumping buddys up. Once you see the spring move stop pumping. People are famous for doing more harm with buddy bearings as they pump them up every trip or so and blow out the rear seal.

As for the oil hubs. I think they are the worse trailer item ever made! You are on the interstate going 65 and one leaks the oil out and your bearings are fried in minutes as with grease it stays put for awhile longer. Most places will not even service them down here unless they can drain the oil and put grease instead
