I don't even notice that there is no trigger on the rod. In fact on Saturday while me and Meaux Fishin were trolling around I caught a nice redfish. I set the hook pretty hard and the fish made a nice run. At no point did I feel like I was going to lose my rod. I think one of the reasons the no trigger works is because of the spiral design of the rod. The pull is straight down when you fight a fish so there is no torque and the rod doesn't roll in your hand. I just thought I would tell everyone what was on my mind. I have no problem endorsing a product I think is worth it. I know many of you know what a great product Billy puts out there but I thought I would tell the rest of you that don't.
