i ride to venice 3 hrs one way with rods in the cc rod holders and in the back trolling gunnel holders no problems except a few bugs just make sure yer drag is real tight so your lures dont come un hooked by the wind pullin drag or else you will have a mess on yer hands espc. if you got topwater tied on
