First thing you gotta do is spread dem back legs real wide, din you get a little toilet paper and wipe where de join up at.
De usually not so bad where you gotta clean em tho.
Dispatch (kill) them, then cut a slice on the back to break the skin, insert two fingers for the back and 2 fingers from the other hand for the front and pull. the skin comes off really easy like Warren said. Snip the feet off with a pocket knife or shears. Gut em and rinse. Cut the back legs off at the hip joint. If you see the white tendons hangin out, pinch it with the knife blade and finger and pullem out. If you don't they may try to jump out of the grease.
If you aint don it before, check the laws before going, there aint no reason to pay more for em than you can buy em for.
