Agree with everything here on Go Lightly, no this is the wrong spelling but it has meaning. Have diverticulosis and have had it several times. Use baby wipes. Did they tell you to drink it all or just until the outflow is clear?

If you have a restroom close, you probably could go to work, but don't stray far.
