Below I have submitted the agreement Jeff and I came to when I was force to sell have back to him once I was the sole owner of SaltyCajun.com! Jeff sold me the site for sum of $3000 dollars plus $100 a month for server fees! Jeff still was over the admin board which controls the entire site! I paid Jeff in full and loyal once a month per pay pal invoice!
Jeff did not like the way I ran my program, so in turn he set up a plot on the form for saltytexan.com (he once owned) in the mudslinging room to take me down and make me sell back half! They went in the control panel once the plan and people were in place; he blocked me out and let my site run wild! He allows guys I banned to be let back in! Bruce White who was my Adims guy allowed this and took part!
I was force to sell half the site back to Jeff, It was worth my money to pay than to let the sponsor suffer there lost.
I have the copied pages from the Mudslinging room takeover! Jake Baker who owns SaltyTexan.com now can testify to the incident
I have held that chip on my shoulder for a long time and tried to let it pass! I don’t forgive easy nor do I forget! The deal below shows 50% / 50% Jeff likes to say %60 /%40,
I have done lots for the fishing industry and my site. I was dedicated to our sponsors and members! I could show you at least 3,000 emails over the past years where I have helped my fellow sportsman! Jeff on that hand could not show you! Jeff cannot provide the info or the benefits I brought to the table!
I have nothing to hide in my actions to Jeff along with my emails and Pm's. I don’t dance unless there is music! Dirty deals and attacks pushed me to my limits with the site and with Jeff! I had something in the making for awhile now and planed on selling my half out to Jeff! After the stunt he pulled behind closed doors, I made my decision to depart my own special way!
I’m and outdoors fisherman who loves the water! I have a full-time job going on 11years as a Measurement Technician. I’m loyal to my sports and my career.
I don’t bite unless provoked! I take the blame and apologize to all my friends and sponsors that I trusted Jeff and belittled myself to take part twice!
From This I have learned! From this I will be stronger! From this I will make my new fishing and hunting forum the Greatest!
If you can read between the lines of where he talks about sponors. He bascilly will belittle you when you leave. Referr to why you as a sponsor signed up here!

I will allow you to keep your running time from your Saltycajun.com Contract! It will coast you no money to move over!
You can renew once your existing contract is expired
I will start your time back as left from July 6th and start back running when the new site is up and compete!
I have a good relationship with everyone of you guys and you know I'm here for your product! I will surpass this and we will move on! Im not looking behind anymore!
