As far as the hulls, I can't comment on either since I have never been in any of those two models.
As far as the engines, I can tell you this, as long as you stay away from the Susuki 300's, your good with either one. Both have great reliability and cost a fortune. However, I think you will find parts a little easier for the Susuki than the Honda. Some of our gaugers use the Honda's and they swear by them. I hate them because my deaf arse can't hear them and I keep trying to start them when they are already running!
