I take it you are a mechanic as well. I worked as a boat mechanic for some years and saw the ethanol issues as well. Really kept us busy with carb jobs and replacing fuel lines. Its amazing how it would eat up the inside of an older fuel line. Some carbs I would open up and just shake my head in disbelief. One of the worst type of boat we dealt with were the hunting boats. All the surface drives and such that sit from the previous hunting season would be screwed.

Remember guys ethanol enriched fuel has a shelf life of just 90 days.
