Forget about Arkansas green timber unless you have major bucks to drop.
The only places that consistently kill are private green tree impoundments and the going rate is $500-$750 per gun/morning. I would suggest Oklahoma, plenty of public green tree hunting, all mallards. Can't tell you the exact location but google can be your friend, S W Ok.
Dewey has a green tree area but like others said, it is a zoo.
