If'n I was home, I'd go up there and fix it for you.
I got another week offshore.
If you have a way to drain it, turn off the breaker and water, drain it(you will have to vent the relief valve so it will drain). Fill again and drain again. Be sure to use a hose and run outside.
If would be best if you took it out to drain so you could shake it some.
It is 120 volts. Those take a while to heat water..
If you suffer another week, I can go up there and check everything out.
It probably has only 1 element if it is 120 volt.
