Just cancelled my contract with Hoolio, sold the truck yesterday and he wanted to cancel the subscription in MARCH!!! When I told him the truck was no longer mine he acted like I never told him I bought a new one with SIRIUS.
I restated my first sentence and told him to cancel today! It pained him to tell me they would be refunding a whole $19.00 to my credik card.
Damn, these guys are worse than Insurance agents.
