Like I was telling some of my friends if I really wanted to hunt down and kill my teacher outside of class, what is stopping me from doing it now? I could easily pack a pistol in my backpack, go sit outside my teacher's office, wait for them to leave, and shoot him/her now. But like someone else said earlier we are here to get a higher education. If someone is going to go through the trouble of getting a license to defend oneself chances are they aren't going to use it for a murder that they were otherwise planning on committing.
