I signed it and I live 4 hours away, I've never fished big lake, probably never will unless I go with someone who fishes it often, I know how it is to have people ruin the recreational fisheries and make it harder to fish, I've fished after hurricanes and I've fished in rivers where the majority of boaters aren't fishers they're pleasure boaters and could careless to slow down for a person fishing and after the oil spill my favorite places to fish were closed for close to 6 months, thank God that is over and we are recovering from that nightmare. If the oyster fishermen are gonna screw up big lake, like all the commercial redfish fishermen screwed up and over harvested all over the gulf years ago, why not stop it?
