The ramp right nest to the interstate has alot of yakers launching there. We fished Calcasieu and Prien Saturday. Calcasieu was howling! Got into Prien and picked up some reds a flounder and ONE trout
Couldn't set the hook to save my life. Went down the ship channel and there were some HUGE boats anchored down and people were on the little 'beaches' having a good time. That water in the channel was beautiful but it just does not seem right to me to be saltwater fishing and fish around laying down pine trees in the water! It reminds me alot of the Oua****a River and how we catch sacaulait up there Good catch though
