I had heard the same thing but didn't think it was true. These animals I photographed did not look stressed at all. Once they got out on the other side, they stood there and looked around the levee, then casually walked off. We also saw about 20 hogs from Hwy 90. I think I will get my biologist buddy and grab the thermal scopes and go take some out during the high water.
