I don't dip and the smoking stops next Tuesday. The Drs have said the infection had nothing to do with smoking and there were no tooth issues. Good luck with quiting the smokes. I quit a few days after the tuna trip in feb.The big jacks and tuna made me realize how quick I got winded
Smoked a few here and there while drinkin a few cold ones. Going on 5 weeks without a single one cold turkey. Not easy,but it is worth it.
