And 99% of blacks are drug dealing gang members. Hell, while we're onto gross generalizations, 99% of mexicans are illegal immigrants!
Do either of these sound like a fair analysis? I don't believe.
My brother, a cop, works with the drug task force as well as the street. He's never mentioned a "ticket quota" but he has mentioned kicking in doors and taking 2 and 3 yr old kids out of meth labs. His whole team takes great pride in doing things like this! I guess he's an "a-hole" for messing up meth labs and helping kids!
I'm sure he wouldn't mind the title.
